Additional Certifications

  • *Apprentices with a Common Arc plate certification (SMAW or FCAW) receive an additional 5% to their rate (for current employer), not to exceed 95%.
  • **Apprentices with a Common Arc tube certification receive an additional 20% to their rate (for current employer), not to exceed 95%.


2026 Hourly Rates Per Period (Effective January 1, 2026)

  • 8th Period (95%) = $47.99
  • 7th Period (90%) = $45.47
  • 6th Period (85%) = $42.94
  • 5th Period (80%) = $40.42
  • 4th Period (77.5%) = $39.15
  • 3rd Period (75%) = $37.89
  • 2nd Period (72.5%) = $36.63
  • 1st Period (70%) = $35.36
